01How long does a project take?
4-8 weeks for MVP, 3-6 months for mid-size products, 6-12 months for large enterprise. We nail the timeline in the first meeting.
02Is the first call free?
Yes. The discovery call is always free. You'll get a perspective even if no project comes out.
03What stack do you use?
Next.js + React + TypeScript for web; React Native for mobile; Node.js + PostgreSQL + Supabase for backend. Stacks we know well and can maintain long-term.
04Do you provide post-launch support?
Yes. 30 days of free bug fixes included after go-live. Monthly maintenance packages or on-demand support after that.
05Do you work remotely?
Remote-first by default but available for 1-2 day in-person meetings weekly. Open to face-to-face in Istanbul.
06Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. Signing an NDA before the first call is routine. We have our own template or work with yours.
07Do you work with international clients?
Yes, we serve clients from the US, EU and the Gulf. USD/EUR invoicing and SWIFT payments supported.
08How do you handle payments?
Software projects: 40% upfront / 30% milestone / 30% launch. Consulting and ads: monthly billing. International: Stripe, SWIFT.
09How often do we meet during the project?
Weekly demo + daily async updates (Slack/Notion). More frequent if needed. Transparency is our first value.
